I am sorry that I am posting this so late, but here is our week:
Sunday - Brought Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip (crowd favorite and requested) and a Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese frosting and sprinkles made by my oldest (and boy was she proud) to a Super Bowl Party
Monday - Gymnastics - sandwiches
Tuesday - Lazy Man's Lasagna
Wednesday - Crockpot Chicken (a very simple Weight Watcher's Recipe)
Place frozen skinless/boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot with 1 can of fat free (or as close to as possible) Cream of Chicken and 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup and a can of rotel (drained). Cook on low while at work or running errands. When you get home place it on rice with a side of vegtables.
Thursday - Going out for pizza to celebrate a friend's 1st birthday
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Parent's Night Out (TBD)
